Each and every machine built, tested prior to Delivery to give assured performance.
Timely address to Service concerns if any during installation, to see that machines are handed over to all our customers in time.
SUPPLIER INFORMATION
In this journey, our Suppliers are key partners in delivering us the RIGHT Quality Parts at the RIGHT time. Towards this we have a dedicated Supplier Task Force team, who work for:
Speedy implementation of Best manufacturing practices at Supplier site based on KTTM’s experience .
Achieve excellence by involving Supplier TOP Management to ensure KTTM receives consistent and defect free parts.
Audit periodically and provide feedback for Improvements.
QA requirement regarding Process Change:
Continuous improvement, being one of our objective, CHANGES to the process / part / product will be an important aspect that needs implementation in a controlled mechanism. Towards this, KTTM monitors and approves change in 3 stages:
Sample Development.
Pilot batch Production (PPAP) - Qualification through Assembly / Field evaluation.
Serial Production – Implementation to Requirements.

In addition, we also encourage our Suppliers to make improvements in their process, but with advance intimation of CHANGE to KTTM.
On receipt of such intimation through the prescribed format, KTTM will provide a “List of Requirements” that has to be met at each stage of CHANGE.
These requirements and related process / part will be evaluated and APPROVED, to ensure smooth implementation.
